Do I need to sign for my delivery?

In accordance with state law, we require signature upon delivery in Delaware, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.

Do you ship outside of the US?

No. However, we do ship to APO addresses. Additionally, our sister UK vape website ships to most European countries.

How old do I have to be to order from this website?

You must be at least 21 years of age to order from Electric Tobacconist. We do not ship to Maine, Vermont, Arkansas or Utah.

When will I get my order?

If you order by 4:00pm MST, Monday through Friday, your order will dispatch the same day. Our standard USPS delivery option means your order should arrive in 2-5 business days. If you need it quicker, you can select a faster delivery method (eg USPS Priority) in the checkout under "Shipping Method".

What's the quickest I can get my order?

We offer USPS Priority Express overnight shipping and USPS Priority shipping (1-3 days, not guaranteed) options in addition to standard shipping.

All shipping options and prices can be viewed and selected at checkout.

What does your packaging look like?

The packaging we use depends on your selected shipping option and order size. Generally, you will receive a generic first-class bubble envelope, Priority flat-rate envelope, or Priority flat-rate padded envelope.

The sender name will be "ET", with a return address in Boulder, Colorado.

What is PG/VG?

PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerin) are diluants used in e-liquid. VG is more viscous (thicker), slightly sweet and produces larger vapor clouds. PG carries flavor better.

Most first time users tend to lean towards higher PG content, but the more experience you gain with vaping, you might want to try higher VG content, especially when using box mods.

Note: we do not recommend using VG content of higher than 50% with plastic clearomizers as they may cause cracking.

I was super excited to try this because I love carrot cake gotta admit I was super let down it taste really gross almost taste like popcorn and I hate popcorn. Shipping and delivery was outstanding but the product was a let down ! I also got the heisenbird and peach mochi I’m sure those won’t disappoint

This juice is straight weird tasting medicine herb slice lol. Nothing even close to carrot but I knew going into this that carrot cake would be hard to pull off .

I hate to give something 1 star because of personal preference, but IMO this is the worst ejuice I’ve ever tasted. I’m a huge fan of carrot cake, so I was excited about this although I knew it would be hard to pull off. It tastes nothing like carrot cake. It has a plastic taste mixed with random fruits, root vegetables, and nutmeg? Really sweet. Hard to describe. I cannot even finish one pod. Shipping was outstanding from ET though.
