How can I get in touch with the Customer Care Team?

At The Electric Tobacconist® our goal is to make buying e-cigarettes online as easy as possible, but sometimes you may need a little help. This is why we have developed our Help Desk area.

Our dedicated, thorough and constantly-updated help area should answer most queries,  for but if you do need to contact us, we offer a 5 day a week email support service (as well as a limited weekend support service for non-technical issues). Online is what we do best at The Electric Tobacconist® so we handle customer care enquiries mainly by email. We don’t have a call centre, so we’re not set up for a high volume of telephone calls – however, once we’ve received your enquiry we’re always happy to give you a call if we feel that’s the best way to resolve your query.
