Do I have to pay sales tax?

You will not have to pay sales tax on your order unless you live in Colorado, where we are based. 

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

No. Our age verification system is integrated into checkout so there is no need for your signature upon delivery.

Do you ship outside of the US?

No. However, we do ship to APO addresses. Additionally, our sister UK vape website ships to most European countries.

How long do vape pods last in general?

As a rule of thumb, 1ml of juice should last you around half a day if used consistently, but usage will vary, so please treat the below as a guide only:

  • 1ml - half a day
  • 3ml - one and a half days
  • 5 ml - two and a half days
  • 10ml - 5 days
How old do I have to be to order from this website?

You must be of legal tobacco purchasing age in the state where you want us to ship your order. We do not ship to Arkansas, Indiana, or Utah.

How much juice do the refill pods hold?

There is 0.7ml of vape juice in each pod

Is your packaging discreet?
Our packaging is very discreet and generally comes in white padded envelopes. There is no mention of e-cigarette-related goods on the outside of our packaging.
When will I get my order?

If you order by 4:00pm MST, Monday through Friday, your order will dispatch the same day. Our standard USPS delivery option means your order should arrive in 2-5 business days. If you need it quicker, you can select a faster delivery method (eg USPS Priority) in the checkout under "Shipping Method".

What's the quickest I can get my order?
If you order by 4 pm on a weekday, your order will dispatch the very same day.
We offer overnight shipping or priority shipping. Priority shipping costs $2.99 and is usually 1-3 days shipping (not guaranteed).

These are decent. I usually buy either mango or cucumber. These are my third favorite of all the pod flavors. I’d say these taste more grape-ish with a very light menthol aftertaste.

I was extremely disappointed in these pods. They are marketed as JUUL brand but there is a huge difference between the genuine brand and these pods. Almost every pod was leaking at the contact points. When trying to inhale there were non-stop slurping sounds that would not clear up. Finally, they taste like nothing at all, the smell reminds me of burning plastic. I wanted to return my order of $50+, but they require me to return them and they will “test them” to make certain their faulty. Too much trouble and time for me so I just threw them away. I would rather be safe and order straight from JUUL or get them at the store like I have already.
