We do not ship outside of the United States of America, and we cannot ship to Arkansas, Maine, Vermont or Utah due to state law.

We are currently experiencing issues shipping to North Carolina and Colorado.

USPS ships to PO boxes, but UPS does not.

Due to state law, we cannot ship to PO boxes in California.

Orders that weigh over 16 oz. cannot be shipped via USPS First-Class.

Adult Signature-required Deliveries

Free standard shipping is not available to states that require an adult signature upon delivery.

We ship adult signature required via USPS Priority Mail to CT, DE, IA, MA, ND, NE, NH, OR, SC, TX, VA, and WY. You will need to sign for your package when it is delivered. The shipping cost for Priority Mail orders under $80 that require an adult signature upon delivery is $9.99.

Please note that all UPS shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. UPS shipping costs $8.99 for orders under $80.

Why are there maximum quantity limits on some products?

In order to limit reselling of bulk orders, Electric Tobacconist has implemented a purchase limit for some product categories. This limit is over a 30-day period. Essentially, the limit resets 30 days after reaching a category limit.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

In accordance with state law, we require adult signature upon delivery in Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Wyoming.

Please note that all orders shipped via UPS Ground require an adult signature upon delivery.

Do you ship outside of the US?

What does your packaging look like?

The packaging we use depends on your selected shipping option and order size. Generally, you will receive a generic first-class bubble envelope, Priority flat-rate envelope, or Priority flat-rate padded envelope.

The sender name will be "ET," with a return address in Boulder, Colorado.

Please note that the shipping label indicates that the package contains ENDS/vapor/tobacco products.

Can I recharge this product?

No. Disposable e-cigarettes are designed to be discarded once they have run out of battery or juice and cannot be recharged or refilled.

By far I've tried birthday cake in a different brand but as for the MNGO brand which fans for mango I tried their iced banana because I love it it is very good it's cheaper and stronger than the puff bars which I heard were the very best out there what's their rated at up to 300 puffs with a guarantee of 200 puffs but also they do not have a automatic cutoff switch so you can take as biggest hit as you can so of course they're not going to be right on there hits because of course I can probably hit it 300 times for 2 seconds but when I hit it like a normal person then I hit it for three or four seconds I only get 50 to 100 puffs but let me say when this says 500 puffs they mean up to 500 I started counting to see how many it would last and after a hundred I quit and I'm talking taking big hits
