Changed your mind and want to return an item or order that you no longer want?
Non-faulty items may be returned for a full store credit refund within 14 days of delivery provided the packaging remains unopened and the items are in the same condition as they were sold. If refund is preferred, we reserve the right to withhold a $20 re-stocking fee prior to issuing the refund.
If an item is faulty, you may return it if it is within the Warranty Period. The Warranty Period can be found under the Common Questions tab on the product page of your product.
If it is tested and deemed non-faulty or outside the Warranty Period, it will be returned to you at no cost to you.
If a returned product is within the Warranty Period and is faulty, you will be issued an e-wallet credit for the cost and tax that you paid for the item.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to the sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, then Electric Tobacconist reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed. If a package must be returned to the sender because the carrier was unable to collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Electric Tobacconist reserves the right to deduct a $20 restocking fee from the refund of the order. At the company's sole discretion, this $15 restocking fee may be applied to the customer's account in the form of an e-wallet credit that can be used towards future purchases.
