Changed your mind and want to return an item or order that you no longer want?
Non-faulty items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided the packaging remains unopened and the items are in the same condition as they were sold. E-liquids and disposable e-cigarettes are excluded from this policy and are only returnable if faulty.
If an item is faulty, you may return it if it is within the Warranty Period. The Warranty Period can be found under the Common Questions tab on the product page of your product.
If it is tested and deemed non-faulty or outside the Warranty Period, it will be returned to you at no cost to you.
If a returned product is within the Warranty Period and is faulty, you will be issued e-wallet credit for the cost, shipping and tax you paid for the item.
