Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship outside of the United States of America, and we cannot ship to Arkansas, Maine, Vermont or Utah due to state law.

We are currently experiencing issues shipping to North Carolina and Colorado.

If you are shipping to Idaho, then your billing and shipping address must match in your state.

USPS ships to PO boxes, but UPS does not.

Due to state law, we cannot ship to PO boxes in California.

Orders that weigh over 16 oz. cannot be shipped via USPS First-Class.

Adult Signature-required Deliveries

Free standard shipping is not available to states that require an adult signature upon delivery.

We ship adult signature required via USPS Priority Mail to CA, CT, DE, IA, MA, ND, NE, NH, OR, SC, TX, VA, and WY. You will need to sign for your package when it is delivered. The shipping cost for Priority Mail orders under $80 that require an adult signature upon delivery is $9.99.

Please note that all UPS shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. UPS shipping costs $8.99 for orders under $80.

Why are there maximum quantity limits on some products?

In order to limit reselling of bulk orders, Electric Tobacconist has implemented a purchase limit for some product categories. This limit is over a 30-day period. Essentially, the limit resets 30 days after reaching a category limit.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

In accordance with state law, we require adult signature upon delivery in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Wyoming.

Please note that all orders shipped via UPS Ground require an adult signature upon delivery.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We currently ship to the United States. We also ship to APO addresses. Additionally, our sister UK vape website ships to most European countries.

How old do I have to be to order from this website?

You must be at least 21 years of age to order from Electric Tobacconist. We do not ship to Maine, Vermont, Arkansas, or Utah.

How soon can I get my order?

If you order by 2pm MST, Monday through Friday, your order will dispatch the same day.

What does your packaging look like?

The packaging we use depends on your selected shipping option and order size. Generally, you will receive a generic first-class bubble envelope, Priority flat-rate envelope, or Priority flat-rate padded envelope.

The sender name will be "ET," with a return address in Boulder, Colorado.

Please note that the shipping label indicates that the package contains ENDS/vapor/tobacco products.

What's the difference between a vape pen, an AIO and a pod mod?

Names are often manufacturer-led, but some websites label things differently. We like to distinguish the different types of vape devices and vape kits as follows:

AIO (all-in-one) - We consider AIO vapes to have distinct, separated devices, pods, and coils. Think of all-in-one kits as mini box mod kits, where you can have swap your coils out. Having separate coils means a greater variety of juices you can use, while making it easier and cheaper to swap out a used coil.
Pod mods - Though they are similar to AIO vapes, think of pod mods as a two-component system: one device and one pod. Pods can be refillable or come pre-filled with e-liquid.
Vape pens - All vape pens have one thing in common; they look like pens! They can be like a full fledged box mod kit in pen form, or more similar to pod mods and AIO kits with easily maintained and replaceable parts.
