Why are the maximum quantity limits on some products?

In order to limit reselling of bulk orders, Electric Tobacconist has implemented a purchase limit for the following categories:

This limit is over a 30-day period. Essentially, the limit resets 30 days after reaching a category limit.

So, for example, if you purchased 40 pods on 01/01/2020, you would need to wait until 02/01/2020 (30 days) to order again.

You could have also purchased 2 vape kits on 01/01/2020, 2 on 01/14/2020, and 1 on 01/21/2020 for example. You would have to wait until 02/01/2020 to order again.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

In accordance with state law, we require signature upon delivery in Delaware, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.

Do you ship outside of the US?

No. However, we do ship to APO addresses. Additionally, our sister UK vape website ships to most European countries.

How old do I have to be to order from this website?

You must be at least 21 years of age to order from Electric Tobacconist. We do not ship to Maine, Vermont, Arkansas or Utah.

When will I get my order?

If you order by 4:00pm MST, Monday through Friday, your order will dispatch the same day. Our standard USPS delivery option means your order should arrive in 2-5 business days. If you need it quicker, you can select a faster delivery method (eg USPS Priority) in the checkout under "Shipping Method".

What's the quickest I can get my order?

We offer USPS Priority Express overnight shipping and USPS Priority shipping (1-3 days, not guaranteed) options in addition to standard shipping.

All shipping options and prices can be viewed and selected at checkout.

What does your packaging look like?

The packaging we use depends on your selected shipping option and order size. Generally, you will receive a generic first-class bubble envelope, Priority flat-rate envelope, or Priority flat-rate padded envelope.

The sender name will be "ET", with a return address in Boulder, Colorado.

What is PG/VG?

PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerin) are diluants used in e-liquid. VG is more viscous (thicker), slightly sweet and produces larger vapor clouds. PG carries flavor better.

Most first time users tend to lean towards higher PG content, but the more experience you gain with vaping, you might want to try higher VG content, especially when using box mods.

Note: we do not recommend using VG content of higher than 50% with plastic clearomizers as they may cause cracking.

What is the PG/VG ratio of this product?

This e-liquid in this product is 50% propylene glycol (PG) and 50% vegetable glycerin (VG)

Why does my nicotine free e-liquid say it contains nicotine?

Due to FDA guidelines, all e-liquid products must be labeled with, "Warning: This product contains nicotine". Rest assured, any 0mg/ml product does not contain nicotine, despite this warning.

Unfortunately, no. As of March 1st, 2020, New Jersey prohibits the use of any coupons, price reduction promotions, or price rebates for vapor products.

This stuff is Phenomenal! It’s so freaking delicious, definitely in my top 5 flavors of all time. I’ve been running mine through a 0.04 Smok RPM coil in the Smok RPM and also the mesh 0.06 Nord coils in RPM. Doesn’t kill these coils fast for being on the tangy/sweet side. It’s super yummy! Try it if you like lemonade flavored juices. Great ADV! Have purchased 5-6 bottles so far!

Very lemony, kind of sweet, with a kick of menthol. The lemon is more like lemon zest than lemon juice but that helps cut the sweetness. I use a Breeze 2 and get good cloud with easy draw/exhale.

One of my Favorite Flavors! However- its very sweet. So if your not into a sugary juice this ain't it for you. Nice fruity flavor light on the lemon more on the punchy flavor. Menthol gets lost in there but its enough to cut through the sweetness. Just adds a touch of freshness so you don't get sick of vaping it all day. But overall VERY flavorful.
