Why are there maximum quantity limits on some products?
In order to limit reselling of bulk orders, Electric Tobacconist has implemented a purchase limit for some product categories. This limit is over a 30-day period. Essentially, the limit resets 30 days after reaching a category limit.

No, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. We recommend using this website if you want to purchase vapes in the UK.
How soon can I get my order?
If you order by 2pm MST, Monday through Friday, your order will dispatch the same day. Please allow 14-17 days for delivery as we can no longer use carriers such as USPS, UPS or Fedex due to the PACT Act.
The sender name will be "ET," with a return address in Boulder, Colorado.
Please note that the shipping label indicates that the package contains ENDS/vapor/tobacco products. Packages also display a PACT Act sticker. There is an additional sticker on packages shipping to California and Connecticut.
What is nic salt juice?
Nicotine salts are found naturally in the leaves of the tobacco plant. Nicotine salt juice (also called nic salt, salt nic, etc.) is essentially freebase nicotine that has been bonded with an acid—usually benzoic acid—to create a smoother nicotine hit. The addition of acid lowers the pH level of the nicotine, which, in turn, allows it to be vaped at higher concentrations without resulting in a harsh throat hit. The majority of nic salts are offered in higher nicotine strengths than traditional freebase juices, although sub-ohm salts with lower nicotine strengths are available. Because nicotine salts vaporize better at lower temperatures, they are typically compatible with low-wattage pod systems.
What is PG/VG?
PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerin) are diluants used in e-liquid. VG is more viscous (thicker), slightly sweet and produces larger vapor clouds. PG carries flavor better.
For example, if you see a juice with a 50/50 PG/VG ratio, then that means the juice uses 50% propylene glycol and 50% vegetable glycerin.
Most first time users tend to lean towards higher PG content, but the more experience you gain with vaping, you might want to try higher VG content, especially when using box mods.
Note: we do not recommend using VG content of higher than 50% with plastic clearomizers as they may cause cracking.
Does this vape juice contain diacetyl or vitamin E acetate?
No. Electric Tobacconist does not carry any vape juices that contain diacetyl or vitamin E acetate. You can read more about these additives here.
Why does some vape juice have a darker color?
This is likely due to steeping, which occurs when the nicotine in vape juice oxidizes. Additionally, the nicotine in your e-juice reacts with the flavorings, giving the liquid a deeper hue. The longer a juice steeps, the darker it will become.
Steeping is normal, so there is no need to be concerned with the change in color. In fact, many vapers find that the flavor tends to be better once the liquid has had time to steep.
Excellent flavor and quality. I got this juice over a year ago and I went through the whole bottle in ONE Smok Mico pod without it going bad. I wasn't sure if it was just that I happened to randomly get a really good pod or whether this juice was simply great quality. I decided to order it again and answer this question. The second time I got it I had the same result: I vaped the whole bottle in just one pod without it getting burnt. I've tried over 20+ brands of juice in my Smok Mico and have never had any other brand of juice make my pods last this long before going bad. Usually a 3 pack of pods and a 30ml bottle of juice would last about the same amount of time but with this juice I've been able to go through 5 bottles of juice with just one 3 pack of pods which saves a lot of money. Obviously flavor and smoothness are subjective but quality isn't and let me tell you, I've never vaped a higher quality juice.
Apple Jolly Ranchers were always my favorite, and I get the same flavor from this juice, which is good. It has kind of a weird chemical taste also, though. Not enough to completely ruin the experience, but enough where I am going to keep looking for a better sour apple flavor. I may or may not try this one again. I had to throw away the SaltNic dry tobacco I got from ET because it tasted like melted Styrofoam, and not even good melted Styrofoam. This one was a much better attempt from SaltNic.
