We do not ship outside of the United States of America, and we cannot ship to Arkansas, Maine, Vermont or Utah due to state law.

USPS ships to PO boxes, but UPS does not.

Due to state law, we cannot ship to PO boxes in California.

Orders that weigh over 16 oz. cannot be shipped via USPS First-Class.

Free standard shipping is not available to states that require an adult signature upon delivery.

We ship adult signature required via USPS Priority Mail to CT, DE, IA, MA, ND, NE, NH, SC, TX, VA, and WY. You will need to sign for your package when it is delivered. The shipping cost for Priority Mail orders under $80 that require an adult signature upon delivery is $9.99.

Please note that all UPS shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. UPS shipping costs $8.99 for orders under $80.

Why are there maximum quantity limits on some products?

In order to limit reselling of bulk orders, Electric Tobacconist has implemented a purchase limit for some product categories. This limit is over a 30-day period. Essentially, the limit resets 30 days after reaching a category limit.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

In accordance with state law, we require adult signature upon delivery in Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Wyoming.

Please note that all orders shipped via UPS Ground require an adult signature upon delivery.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We currently ship to the United States. We also ship to APO addresses. Additionally, our sister UK vape website ships to most European countries.

How old do I have to be to order from this website?

You must be at least 21 years of age to order from Electric Tobacconist. We do not ship to Maine, Vermont, Arkansas, or Utah.

How soon can I get my order?

If you order by 2pm MST, Monday through Friday, your order will dispatch the same day.

What does your packaging look like?
The packaging we use depends on your selected shipping option and order size. Generally, you will receive a generic first-class bubble envelope, Priority flat-rate envelope, or Priority flat-rate padded envelope.

The sender name will be "ET," with a return address in Boulder, Colorado.

Please note that the shipping label indicates that the package contains ENDS/vapor/tobacco products.
Does this kit come with everything I need to start me off?

Yes. The kit contains everything you need to start vaping once you have charged your starter kit (including a USB charger). 

The kit comes with pods/refills included. Please check the "What's Included" tab for exact details.

How long do vape pods last in general?

As a rule of thumb, 1ml of juice should last you around half a day if used consistently, but usage will vary, so please treat the below as a guide only:

  • 1ml - half a day
  • 3ml - one and a half days
  • 5 ml - two and a half days
  • 10ml - 5 days
