How Does it Work?

If your order doesn't arrive, we promise to credit your account for the full dollar amount of the missing order so you can place another at your own convenience. Simply get in touch with our customer support team here and let them know. Depending on the status of your order, we'll first offer advice on what we need from you; from there, you'll be asked to agree to the terms of the ET Shipping Guarantee and have your account credited. Depending on the status of your tracking, you may be asked to allow up to 40 days before a credit can be issued.

Am I Eligible for Package Protection?

Yes! All customers who have placed an order with us are eligible; so long as we can ship to your zip code when the terms of our guarantee are agreed to, you'll be eligible for a credit or refund as part of our guarantee if your order tracking does not show the order has been signed for within 40 days - excluding Federal Holidays - since your order was dispatched.
