JUUL Battery Setup:
Pod mod e-cig devices are designed to be easily set up by any type of user. The JUUL Battery is the first of its kind and can be charged simply by magnetically attaching the device to a USB charger inserted into a desktop or laptop computer. Once charged, your JUUL vaporizer is ready to go; just click a pod into place, and you're ready. That's right: no buttons to push, no turning on, no settings to change; just inhale when you feel like it.
JUUL Size Specifications:
The JUUL Battery is 4" tall by ¾" wide. It takes just one hour for a full charge, by simply standing it in the magnetic USB charger that comes with the starter kit.
How It Works:
First things first: remove the colored cap and insert a JUUL pod refill cartridge onto the end of the device. This will then double as your cartridge and mouthpiece, and you're ready to vape! No need to press any buttons; just draw on the end of the JUUL Battery, and the device will do the rest.
Charging Indicator:
For updates on how much charge is left in the device, simply tap it twice to show the charge level. Green means the charge is high, yellow equals a medium charge, and red indicates that the charge is low. Your indicator will also glow when you draw on the device.

Do I need to sign for my delivery? What if I am not home?
Due to PACT Act regulations, all orders must be shipped out adult signature required. An ID will be required upon delivery. Any adult at the delivery address who is 21 years of age or older may sign for your order.

Why are there maximum quantity limits on some products?
In order to limit reselling of bulk orders, Electric Tobacconist has implemented a purchase limit for some product categories. This limit is over a 30-day period. Essentially, the limit resets 30 days after reaching a category limit.

Do you ship outside of the US?
No, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Our sister UK vape website ships to most European countries.
How soon can I get my order?
If you order by 2pm MST, Monday through Friday, your order will dispatch the same day. Please allow 14-17 days for delivery as we can no longer use carriers such as USPS, UPS or Fedex due to the PACT Act.
The sender name will be "ET," with a return address in Boulder, Colorado.
Please note that the shipping label indicates that the package contains ENDS/vapor/tobacco products. Packages also display a PACT Act sticker. There is an additional sticker on packages shipping to California and Connecticut.
How long does an e-cig battery last?
Batteries typically diminish within 1-3 months depending on use. After this time you may notice a drop in performance and it will need replacing. You can get replacement batteries here.
How long do vape pods last in general?
As a rule of thumb, 1ml of juice should last you around half a day if used consistently, but usage will vary, so please treat the below as a guide only:
1ml - half a day
3ml - one and a half days
5 ml - two and a half days
10ml - 5 days
What's the difference between a vape pen, an AIO and a pod mod?
Names are often manufacturer-led, but some websites label things differently. We like to distinguish the different types of vape devices and vape kits as follows:
AIO (all-in-one) - We consider AIO vapes to have distinct, separated devices, pods, and coils. Think of all-in-one kits as mini box mod kits, where you can have swap your coils out. Having separate coils means a greater variety of juices you can use, while making it easier and cheaper to swap out a used coil.
Pod mods - Though they are similar to AIO vapes, think of pod mods as a two-component system: one device and one pod. Pods can be refillable or come pre-filled with e-liquid.
Vape pens - All vape pens have one thing in common; they look like pens! They can be like a full fledged box mod kit in pen form, or more similar to pod mods and AIO kits with easily maintained and replaceable parts.
What is the warranty on the JUUL Vaporizer Kit?
JUUL comes with a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser and is covered by Electric Tobacconist, LLC.
Electric Tobacconist, LLC only warrants JUUL against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from date of retail purchase from www.electrictobacconist.com.
If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received within the 1 year warranty period, Electric Tobacconist, LLC will, at its discretion, either: (1) Repair the defect; or (2) Exchange the device for a new one.
Except as stated herein, Electric Tobacconist, LLC makes no other express warranty.
Please note: Electric Tobacconist, LLC warranty does not cover JUULpods purchases.
Everyone rated the silver battery higher but I prefer the slate. I never had a problem with them, other than my loosing them! The silver ones did not hold the pods tight enough, so I constantly was pushing the pod into the battery.
Other than that, there is no difference.
