I need to cancel an order
If you need to cancel an order that has not yet dispatched, click here and be sure to give us your order number. Provided the order has not yet left our warehouse we'll be able to cancel and refund the order without any trouble.
If you just need a change of shipping address, there is no need to cancel, however. Just click here, give us your order number and your new shipping address, and again, provided the order has not left our warehouse we'll be able to change it for you.
