Tracking Your Order

To track a package that has been shipped with X Delivery,  please visit the  X Delivery Tracker and enter the tracking number provided in the confirmation email that you received on the day you placed your order. Please note, this confirmation email will be tied to the email account with which you placed your order. 

To track a package that has been shipped with  Standard Regional Carrier , please note that the tracking emails for this carrier are sent at 4PM MST daily (Monday - Friday). If your order was placed after 4PM MST or on the weekend, then your tracking email will be sent at 4PM MST on the following business day. 

In addition, you may view all of your previous orders and tracking numbers in your  Electric Tobacconist Customer Account .  To find an order’s tracking number , view your Order History and click the Order Reference number (beginning with “ETUSA”). Your tracking number will be listed underneath the Tracking Reference column.

Adult Signature Required 

Due to PACT Act regulations, all orders must be shipped out adult signature required.  An ID will be required upon delivery. Any adult at the delivery address who is 21 years of age or older may sign for the order. Please read our  Adult Signature Required FAQ  for more information and visit our  Shipping FAQs  to learn more about our new shipping policies under the PACT Act.

Re-Shipping

Re-shipping orders is at the Electric Tobacconist's sole discretion. All re-shipped orders must be sent to the original shipping address given. If the carrier has been unable to deliver your parcel within 30 days from the date of dispatch, we may, at our sole discretion, re-ship your order.

If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, then Electric Tobacconist reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed. Incorrect Shipping Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. If goods are returned to us because they have been sent to the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send them at our expense; however, a refund will be offered less the postal expense. If you notice that you have provided incorrect or incomplete details, please contact our Help Desk for assistance. 

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. For a full list of state-based shipping restrictions,  click here Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, or Utah.

Additionally, we cannot ship to Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We are currently experiencing issues shipping to Colorado, Georgia, and North Carolina.
