We understand that customers need to receive their products (especially refills and juices) as quickly as possible, so we are constantly refining our delivery service to provide the latest possible despatch cut-off time in order to maintain our unrivalled shipping speeds. We send out our orders with USPS First Class shipping (a free delivery option with orders over $20), via USPS Priority (if selected at checkout), or via USPS Priority Mail Express (if selected at checkout).
If you place your order before 4pm (Mountain Time) Mon-Fri, we will dispatch your order the very same day. We are based in Boulder, Colorado, so with First Class shipping you can expect your order within 3 business days if you are on the West Coast or within 3-5 for the East Coast; with USPS Priority you can expect it within 1-2 days for the West Coast or 2-3 days for the East Coast; and with USPS Priority Express, you should receive your order in 1-2 business days.
